    Intro to Weightlifting: complete the lift progressions
    Valid for 6 weeks
    • Go through the progressions of the Snatch, Clean and Jerk.
    • Get a foundation of general strength and movement.
    • Course will run March 4th-April 17th
    • Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm-7:30pm
  • Gold Membership

    Every month
    4 or more days
     
    • Full access to gym and open gym hours.
  • Silver Membership

    145$
    Every month
    3 days/week
     
    • Athlete will be able to train 3 days/week at the gym.
  • Bronze Membership

    2 days/week
     
    • Athlete will be able to train 2 days/week at the gym.
  • Remote or 1 day/week

    • Remote: Get a program and video analysis 1x/week.
  • 12 week Beginners Cycle 2x/week

    This will be a cycle prescribed for beginners meeting 2x/week. Next step after the beginners class.
