165$ÂIntro to Weightlifting: complete the lift progressionsValid for 6 weeks- Go through the progressions of the Snatch, Clean and Jerk.
- Get a foundation of general strength and movement.
- Course will run March 4th-April 17th
- Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm-7:30pm
Gold Membership
165$Every month4 or more daysÂ- Full access to gym and open gym hours.
Silver Membership
145$Every month3 days/weekÂ- Athlete will be able to train 3 days/week at the gym.
Bronze Membership
110$Every month2 days/weekÂ- Athlete will be able to train 2 days/week at the gym.
Remote or 1 day/week
65$Every monthÂ- Remote: Get a program and video analysis 1x/week.
12 week Beginners Cycle 2x/week
100$Every monthThis will be a cycle prescribed for beginners meeting 2x/week. Next step after the beginners class.Valid for 3 months- 2x/week training. Snatch, C&J, squats, pulls and presses.
